A simple Indian flavoured delight that makes for a quick dinner or snack.
Ingredients
200g lamb mince
2 tbsp tikka spice mix
A pinch of sea salt
1 tsp garlic puree
2 large naan breads
Natural yoghurt
Chilli flakes
Coriander leaf
Method
1. In a bowl mix thoroughly the lamb mince, tikka spice, garlic puree and sea salt until thoroughly combined.
2. Take a handful and firmly smush onto the naan bread until you have a thin layer of spiced lamb on the naan that’s well adhered.
3. Set up your grill for high/searing heat direct grilling.
4. Place the naan bread lamb side down for a few minutes until the lamb gets crispy and is cooked through.
5. Turn and crisp up the other side of the naan.
6. Drizzle with natural yoghurt, and sprinkle with chilli flakes and finely chopped coriander leaf.
