Festive Gin Cocktail
A tasty gin cocktail to offer your guests during the festive period!
Ingredients
50ml gin
25ml lemon juice
15ml orange juice
15ml Campari
1 tsp caster sugar
1 egg white
Grated nutmeg and a cherry
Method
1. Put the gin, lemon juice, orange juice, Campari, sugar and egg white in cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well for 30 seconds to create the white foam from the egg white.
2. Strain the cocktail into glass and grate a little nutmeg and garnish with cherry.
We paired with hot smoked salmon blinis.
