About
BBQ is a magazine devoted to fire, food & outdoor living – a quarterly print publication for the global barbecue community.
BBQ magazine is for enthusiasts – from trade professionals, to adventurous outdoor cooks and live fire influencers, through to anybody simply enjoying cooking outside for family and friends and eager to learn more.
Food and drink lend themselves to the sensory power of the printed word and pictures, with so many stories to tell and share around the fire. And when not devouring the pages landing on your doorstep, gather here for news and views, recipes and reviews, as we let you know what’s cooking in the global barbecue village – the products, the places, the people and the passion.
And BBQ is a village; a community of like-minded souls, searching for food, fire and al fresco inspiration for both the outdoor ‘kitchen’ and the outdoor ‘living room.’
You’ll find us in butchers, farm shops and garden centres. We celebrate the best live fire restaurants, pubs and hotels and we’ll be there at festivals and events.
Whatever your level of cooking and enthusiasm, we are here to inspire, inform and engage. The BBQ community is an astonishing melting pot, ignited by food and fire. BBQ magazine brings all these ingredients together to create the perfect dish.
