Meatopia London 2026 Reveals Full Chef Line Up

Meatopia London is back this year from 3rd-6th September at London’s Tobacco Dock. The four-day event is a hub of talent which brings together a diverse range of chefs from across the UK, Europe and beyond. Each dish is bespoke and created exclusively for the festival, with a fresh menu unveiled for each day.
Fans of the festival can finally get a taste of what’s to come, as this week, Meatopia London announced its full lineup of over 85 chefs. Lovers of live fire cooking can look forward to dishes from the likes of Sam Evans and Shauna Guinn of Hangfire BBQ, Genevieve Taylor of Bristol Fire School, Mark O’Brien of Margate’s Snake Oil Barbecue (and finalist from this year’s MasterChef: The Professionals), Danielle Heron of Manchester’s OSMA, and Ana Goncalves and Zijun Meng, who weave their Portuguese and Chinese heritages into the cult Ibérico katsu sandos from TÓU.
Other chefs to look forward to include Melissa Thompson, Zana Millen of Caribbean small plates pop-up Passa Passa, Lebnani’s Jad Youssef, Leyli Homayoonfar of Bab Haus, Adriana Cavita, Melanie Brown, and Luke Vandore-Mackay of High Grange Devon.
