Brighter Days Ahead: What’s Cooking for 2026 from Weber

Weber unveils an exciting new barbecue and accessories lineup for 2026
Weber, one of the global leaders in high-quality outdoor cooking products has revealed a new lineup of grills and accessories for 2026. The new portfolio delivers a smart ecosystem for grilling, bringing together its smart grills, accessories and the Weber Connect app across all major fuel types.
“The Weber 2026 collection builds on years of technology and design innovation to give consumers more effortless ways to prep, cook, serve, and clean, so they can enjoy more time with friends and family,” said Roberto Carvajal, vice president, products, Weber. “Our engineers thoughtfully crafted each new product – from smart grills to wireless probes to intuitively designed accessories – to deliver the first fully connected system in the backyard, where everything works together in harmony.”
For Charcoal Lovers
Those that love to cook with charcoal can look forward to the new Performer Smart Charcoal Grill, with its cutting-edge engineering, sleek design, and smart technology. The 57cm Premium edition of the Performer Smart Charcoal Grill features an LCD Wi-Fi enabled controller that regulates temperature by controlling airflow into the coals, making it ideal for long cooks and overnight smoking. It can be remotely controlled via a smartphone using the Weber Connect app, but is also available without smart technology as a standard model. The new 2026 Performer Charcoal Grill is available in Spring as a premium smart model for £719 or base smart model for £579; a premium model for £624 and a base model for £479.
Also new for 2026 is the Kettle Smart Ring: an innovative attachment for Weber 57cm charcoal grills that adds easier temperature control and smart connectivity to classic charcoal cooking. The Kettle Smart Ring, also compatible with non-smart Performer charcoal grills, will be available for £289 in Spring 2026.

For Gas Grillers
Updates to the popular Genesis and Spirit smart gas grills feature Wi-Fi and Bluetooth-enabled, battery-operated digital thermometers with low-power chip technology. The new Genesis Smart Gas Grill also features an ultra-hot sear zone that reaches up to 398ºC and a side table compatible with Weber accessories. Available in Spring 2026, the liquid propane three-burner models of the updated Genesis Smart Gas Grill start at £1,225, while the Spirit Smart Gas Grills will come in three- and four-burner models and start at £675.
Both the Genesis and the Spirit smart gas grills will be available in a special Stealth Edition, featuring a sleek, all-black exterior with fierce red accents and black stainless steel details.
Building on the fast-growing popularity of griddle cooking in the UK, Weber is this year introducing the Slate GP 71cm Premium Griddle (£749) with a simplified hinged hard cover, porcelain enamelled cast iron cooktop and a high-capacity grease tray for effortless cooking and cleanup. Ready to cook right out of the box, this griddle features three individual burners and heats up to more than 260ºC, providing even heat across the surface. While its griddle size is just 5cm smaller than the popular 76cm Slate model, the 71cm griddle boasts a more compact design, with a total width reduced by 22cm. Thanks to its smaller fold-down side tables, it’s a great option for those seeking a space-saving solution without compromising on cooking power.

The new Smart Wireless Probe Plus with Booster and Charger offers convenience for grilling and rotisserie cooking without the wires and the guesswork, while the yo-yo-style design of the Weber Smart Probe and Grate Sensor allows for easy cable storage and can be kept within reach with its magnetic back.
The new Weber Smart Hub Display and Booster is a compact device with a bright LCD screen that can be placed near any brand of grill or oven. It connects up to two Weber wired and four Weber wireless probes or sensors (sold separately) to monitor internal food temperatures. All Weber smart products sync together with the Weber Connect app for a fully-integrated grilling session.
