The Salt Box

The Salt Box is an outdoor live fire cooking experience tucked away in the woodlands of Priory Farm Estate in South Nutfield, Surrey. With an emphasis on sustainability and locally-sourced and foraged ingredients, the school aims to reconnect people with nature through open-fire cookery. Its live fire class offerings include seasonal feasts, advanced fire cookery, wild Italian fire cookery and wild game and butchery courses, all within a tranquil woodland setting.
