Embers Café, run by Shropshire Lad Adam Purnell serves fire-cooked food and runs BBQ cooking classes in the woodlands of Coalbrookdale in Shropshire. With classes on offer to suit different abilities, visitors can choose from ‘Introduction to fire cooking’ or ‘Taking it to the next level’ with an intermediate class, as well as more specialist options like the Kadai or Kamado Joe masterclasses and Asado live fire cooking.
