Born out of an idea to make barbecue accessible and fun for everyone, Jack’s teaching style is relaxed and unpretentious, allowing food, fire and connection to remain at the forefront of the classes. The focus on quality ingredients and teaching proper technique means that guests leave both full and with practical skills and knowledge to take forward.
