Family-run Birstall Garden Centre in Leicestershire is home to BBQ Basecamp: a purpose-built, all-weather outdoor cookery school that hosts fun, hands-on classes for beginners to experienced BBQ chefs. Guests can learn the fundamentals of BBQ and learn to cook steaks, curries, kebabs, sweet treats and more on the school’s Kamado Joe grills and Gozney pizza ovens.
