Set within the 63 acres of Hampshire’s 17th century, five-star Lainston House hotel, The Wellhouse prides itself as being one of the only UK restaurants where every dish on the menu is smoked or cooked by woodfire. Open Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, and Sunday lunch from 12.30pm to 2:30pm.
