The Seahorse

The Seahorse is a Dartmouth-based restaurant and bar founded by Mat Prowse and Mitch Tonks. Underpinned by a love of Italian cooking and seasonal ingredients, fresh local seafood is delivered twice daily from nearby Brixham market, cooked with respect and simplicity over a charcoal fire. Alongside the catch of the day, the daily changing menu offers pastas, rice dishes and slow-cooked stews inspired by the styles and flavours of coastal Mediterranean cooking.
