Ruben’s Reubens

Ruben’s Reubens is a London-based BBQ venture by Ruben Dawnay that began as a lockdown project. Inspired by his Polish-Jewish heritage, Ruben began smoking meats and home-cured fish from the garden of his parents’ Brixton home. Since then, Ruben’s Ruebens has evolved into a successful brand with numerous residencies across sites including Darby’s, Peckham Arches and Brixton Village, while Ruben has been recognised by Code Hospitality as one of their 30 under 30 Rising Stars to Watch.
