Mountain

Another of Tomos Parry’s much-talked-about restaurants is Mountain. Following the success of BRAT, the buzzy, Michelin-starred establishment opened its doors on Beak Street, Soho in 2023. The Basque-inspired menu offers an extensive range of dishes kissed by smoke and flame from the restaurant’s wood-fired oven, including 3-year Jersey sirloin, a whole lobster caldereta, torrija with custard and blackberries, and their famed fire-smoked potatoes.
