L’Enculme

L’Enclume is chef Simon Rogan’s three-Michelin-starred flagship restaurant based in Cartmel, Cumbria. Housed in a 13th century blacksmith’s workshop and taking its name from the French word for anvil, L’Enculme champions true farm-to-table eating, using hyper-local ingredients from Rogan’s own farm, Our Farm, less than a mile away from the restaurant.
