From the Super 8 group that includes the likes of other London must-go’s like BRAT and Mountain, is Kiln: a small but mighty Soho restaurant serving punchy Thai small plates cooked over fire. Influenced by the regions where Thailand borders with Myanmar, Laos and Yunnan, Kiln sources it’s ingredients from high-quality British producers to create dishes including Aged Cull Yaw and Cumin Skewers, Three Pepper Curry with Tamworth pork, as well as noodle dishes baked in traditional clay pots.
