Adriana Cavita’s first solo project in the UK is a traditional Mexican restaurant named Cavita in the heart of Marylebone Village, London. The 70-cover restaurant has an open fire kitchen at its core, with reclaimed granite tables for couples and smaller groups, as well as communal dining available at the chef’s table.

Downstairs sits the hidden mezcaleria, Mayahuel, a beautiful atmospheric cocktail and mezcal bar and a wonderful spot to enjoy the finest Mexican spirits.
