Suzie Bakos brings bold Middle Eastern flavours to Jimmy’s BBQ Club
Chef and ‘The Little Sauce’ creator takes over the alfresco Southbank restaurant
Jimmy’s BBQ Club on London’s Southbank is thrilled to announce a chef takeover on Sunday 17th August by Suzie Bakos. Fuelled by bold, spice-rich cooking, the Iraqi-born, London-raised chef is known for blending tradition, fire and flavour in unforgettable ways. Suzie is celebrated for ‘The Little Sauce’ pop-ups and her inventive use of British produce, reimagined through Iraqi-inspired dishes. Her unique culinary heritage lies at the heart of everything she does; creating vibrant meals that celebrate connection, culture, and fearless flavour.
“I grew up around powerful flavours and food that told stories” says Suzie Bakos. “Taking over Jimmy’s BBQ Club is a continuation of those stories; over smoke, spice and shared plates.”
