Spicy Buffalo Wings
Turn up the heat with these bold and fiery buffalo wings – a BBQ classic with a spicy twist. Coated in a smoky dry rub, slow-cooked over fire, and finished with a buttery hot sauce glaze, these wings deliver serious flavour with every bite. Perfect for parties, game days, or just when you're craving something with a kick.
Ingredients
16 Chicken Wings (4 Per Person)
Rub:
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Sauce:
50g Butter
125ml Hot Sauce
1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
Method
Combine all rub ingredients and cover the chicken wings in the rub.
Setup your BBQ for indirect cooking using both heat deflectors at around 150°C.
If you like a smokier flavour add a chunk of wood to the fire in your BBQ.
Cook the wings until they reach an internal temperature of 75°C.
While the wings are cooking melt the butter and combine the ingredients together.
Glaze the wings with the buffalo sauce and serve.
