Summer just got tastier as DeliVita DOUBLES its pizza oven range

DeliVita, meaning ‘delicious life,’ has dominated the outdoor cooking scene since 2016 with its iconic, colourful dome, clay-lined wood-fired oven. Now, the Italian-born, Yorkshire-based family business is expanding its range even further to cater for the diversifying needs of garden cooks across the globe.

Launching this summer are TWO new ovens which are designed to appeal to two very different customers.

An Eco Gas version of its classic oven which offers the added convenience of gas.

An entry level tabletop gas oven with all the looks of a DeliVita with a £349 price tag.

The DeliVita Eco Oven retails at £1,595. This is one of the most eco-conscious ovens on the market thanks to its super fuel efficiency using just 4.5kw of gas per usage – half the consumption of other ovens.

Its beautiful design perfectly circulates the heat, meaning it’s one of the quickest ovens to reach its peak temperature of 550°C in little over 30 minutes using gas. But, more importantly it retains temperature for up to 2.5 hours even after you’ve switched off the gas allowing you to keep cooking.

Perfectly blending Italian design with British craftsmanship, The DeliVita Eco Oven has a traditional handmade clay composite interior and Vesuvius stone base – the only oven on the market to feature this. Its curvaceous dome comes in four gorgeous colours Black, Red, Hale Grey and Olive Green so you can choose one that fits your personality and garden design. Each tabletop oven is handcrafted in Yorkshire and comes with a personally signed certificate to let you know which team member has made your oven.

Its beautiful big dome not only gives it its stand-out curb appeal it also provides one of, if not, the largest cooking areas of all ovens on the market in this size. You can cook so much more than pizza (although it does cook great tasting, restaurant quality pizza in 60 - 90 seconds flat), such as joints of meat, whole chickens, fish, plus you can use the oven to BBQ, tandoor, slow cook, smoke, grill and bake.

The second oven to launch is The DiaVolo Gas Pizza Oven. Described as an entry level pizza oven, it will retail at £349 and comes with all the tools you will need such as a temperature gun, pizza peel, gas regulator, cover and carry case – it’s a one-box “plug and play solution for getting the pizza party started.

It’s super compact and is lightweight at just 9kg making it transportable and in an industry first, The DiaVolo is one of the only pizza ovens that can attach to a can of LPG camping gas meaning you can take it with you on your next outdoor adventure.

Like the original DeliVita, it’s an incredibly fuel-efficient oven using just 4.5kw of gas per usage and it heats quickly. It reaches its desired 500°C temperature in just 15 minutes and cooks an authentic Italian pizza in just one minute. More importantly its clever curved design means it recalibrates and retains temperature better than other pizza ovens at its price point. In terms of aesthetics, it’s loaded with Italian design flare, features those famous curves, and comes in either a green or navy colourway.

The DeliVita Family Expands

The DeliVita range is now four-strong and includes The DiaVolo, The DeliVita, The DeliVita Eco Gas and The DeliVita Pro, creating a Good, Better and Best Collection of ovens.

All ovens are available to purchase on DeliVita.com, while The DeliVita and The DeliVita Eco Gas are also available nationwide in retailers like John Lewis, Selfridges, Harrods and in leading independent garden centres and stores around the UK.

Joe Formisano, founder of DeliVita, says: “We’re renowned for our outstanding TrustPilot reviews because we work closely with all our clients and it’s because of this that we’ve been able to identify what other ovens there’s an appetite for.

“We have customers who tell us their friends drool over their DeliVita but say they wouldn’t feel confident to cook on wood or wouldn’t use it enough to justify a purchase and that’s where the idea for The DeliVita Eco Gas and The DiaVolo came from. By adding two gas ovens to the range, at different price points, we’re able to recruit a whole new army of outdoors cooks to the DeliVita community.

“The Eco Gas is for those who want the WOW factor, the big, versatile oven and The Diavolo for people who want a good looking, quality product that they’ll use every now and then to cook up some pizzas at home or on the go.”

With four ovens now in the DeliVita range there is an oven to suit every outdoor chef’s needs.
