the Guinness Pub Burger, made with a combination of beef mince, Guinness, horseradish, and spices, and served with cheese, bacon, and pickles. With a squishy texture that sets after a few hours in the fridge, this burger is sure to satisfy any meat lover's cravings.

 

Ingredients

 

Guinness Pub Burger

500g beef mince

100 ml Guinness

1/2 tsp creamed horseradish

1/2tsp paprika

1/2 tsp Ground sage

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

One beaten egg

50g of breadcrumbs

 

Method

 

Put everything in a glass bowl and combine all the ingredients

Shape into patties place on a baking tray and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours to set. Mixture is quite squishy but will be fine!

When ready place on the grill and cook for 4 minutes each side over a direct heat until cooked through

Serve in a bun with cheese bacon & pickles
