Yorkshire puddings are a beloved staple of British cuisine and are a must-have for any roast dinner but have you cooked them on your BBQ? Trust the BBQ and resist the urge to lift the lid and check progress, as this will disrupt the cooking process.

Ingredients

BBQ Yorkshire Puddings

Serves 4

130g Plain Flour
4 eggs
200ml of Milk
Dash of Sparkling Water
Salt & Pepper
Vegetable Oil for tins

Method

1. Place the flour in to a large measuring jug, add the eggs and sparkling water. Mix and slowly add the milk stirring throughout. Season and set aside in the fridge.
2. Prepare BBQ for indirect heat approx 200-220c. Pour a small amount of oil in to each pudding tin and preheat until smoking hot.
3. Carefully divide the mixture evenly between the tins.
4. BBQ with the lid down for 20-25 minutes. Do not lift your lid to check progress!
