Weber, in partnership with celebrity chef Simon Rimmer, has launched a new video series featuring some of the UK’s leading food experts.

As part of the Weber Grilling series, Simon will be joined by top celebrity chefs, including Yotam Ottolenghi, John Torode, Marco Pierre White and Andi Oliver who will discuss their relationship with food, as well as their favourite recipes and flavours. Each chef will also take on a special grilling challenge on a brand-new Weber GENESIS.

Simon Rimmer said: "I really enjoyed working on the new Weber video series and collaborating with some of the UK's top chefs. It was great to see first-hand their different takes on barbecuing and enjoyed sampling their delicious recipes too" Dan Cooper, Weber Master Griller, said: “The series was a lot of fun, and we were able to gain fantastic insight into some of the top chef’s barbecuing habits, as well as showcase new ways of grilling on our Weber GENESIS. We hope this new series will help grillers throughout the UK get the most from this year’s barbecue season.”

Weber's new video series is based on the brand's popular Grilling podcast, which is also hosted by Simon Rimmer. The first in the video series started in June and runs every other week until the end of July. You can watch Weber's new Grilling series on: Grilling podcast.

Released alongside the videos will be a 40-minute podcast chat with each chef, available on all podcast platforms, including Apple, Spotify, and Amazon.
