Bull’s-Eye - makers of authentic American BBQ and hot sauce - is launching a new online BBQ shop this Bank Holiday weekend with a meaty twist: Everyone who buys a Bull’s-Eye bundle this bank holiday will get the chance to get their hands on a whole cow.
Not everyone has a cow-shaped freezer, so the prize will be a monthly delivery of end-to-end cuts of responsibly sourced Gourmet British and Irish beef from Tom Hixson of Smithfield, London.
The online store includes different Bulls-Eye BBQ sauce bundles, from the BBQ Bad Boys Bundle to The Whole Hog Bundle, which bags you five Bull’s-Eye sauces, including some you can’t usually buy in Britain, as well as three hot sauces to get the fire started.
Pulled pork lovers will enjoy the Meat Master Kit: a pair of wooden-handled meat claws, Bull’s-Eye Hickory woodchips and the three Bull’s-Eye’s best-selling BBQ sauces - perfect for shredded brisket or pork, with plenty of branded merchandise also available.
Laura Guenault, brand manager at Bull’s-Eye, said: “Offering up a whole cow seemed like the perfect way to launch our new online shop. With the help of master butcher Tom Hixson of Smithfield, the winners of our whole-y cows will be able to handle any cut coming their way like a grill master.”
Gourmet butcher and pit master Tom Hixson of Smithfield added: “Bull’s-Eye are as serious about gourmet BBQ as we are. It’s a match made in meat heaven and I can’t wait to share our skills and knowledge on all things beef, alongside prime British and Irish cuts of a whole cow.”
Every purchase from the Bull’s-Eye website over the Bank Holiday weekend will be entered into a draw, with the winning three receiving a delivery of prime British and Irish beef every month over a six-month period from Tom Hixson of Smithfield.
